Connect USB Directly to iPod with 3.5mm Connector?

Apple already came into the spotlight when they released small sized iPod shuffle 3G.
Recently Dexim released the Shu-Lip that connects 3.5mm ear phone connector to USB port directly. It was made of aluminum can match with iPod shuffle and came from silver color.
Now it is available for US$10.
